Information about the scout hut facilities

Pocklington Scout hut offers a space for groups to meet and can host small events such as training events or birthday parties.

The scout hut has a medium sized hall with a wooden floor. There are kitchen facilities and toilets including a disabled toilet. Along with the indoor space there are outdoor spaces, one a covered area, and also a grass area.

The hall measures approx. 11m x 9m with a height of 3.5m and has gas fired ‘space heater’ heating. The kitchen is furnished with a cooker with oven, kettle, cutlery and crockery

Tables (10) and chairs (40) including those for young people are available in the store room just off the main hall.
